Find something long and round, (Christmas wrapping tubs work great!) and wrap the lights around it, starting with (if you so desire) the end that you don't plug into the wall.
And there you have it. No more tangled nightmares!
(Also, if you want to keep your garlands from getting all mushed together, just put them in separate little plastic baggies.)

The Great American Alsatian
This dog is, I think, one of the greatest ever.
They were bred specifically for companionship (if you ask them to work, they will be awkward) and to look like the Dire Wolf, which I believe, but am not certain of this, are extinct.
They do not bark much, chase cars, bite kids, jump around like maniacs, roam, or (usually) initiate play unless you do.
I would enjoy having one, and yes, I believe that every kid should have a dog, not specifically this bred, any would do - except a pit bull!
I'm sorry if you like pit bulls, and are offended by this. I do not like pit bulls, and anyone with a pit bull and kids is insane.
Other good dog breeds are the Golden Retriever, the Labrador Retriever, the Beagle.

College
Recently my sister Hannah (who is the author of American Kate!) has been receiving e-mails from colleges, and some of them are from rather nice ones, like William Jewell College, and I think she'd do very well there. Hannah has what it takes to get into the very best colleges.
I used to think I wouldn't go, and though you can make a living without college, you should still go.
I will be going to college, and I might be going to TCU. (Texas Christian University.)
My family are Christians, so we would like to go to a Christian college as they won't give us trash about Evolution. (There is no proof whatsoever that Evolution is true.)
Sorry for the term, but that's exactly what it is, and I will not apologize for my opinions.
As it is, I think that I will wait a little longer then Hannah did to do all the SAT and GED stuff.
I really couldn't care less either way.

Pinterest.com Is Awesome!
Pinterest.com has made my life so much better!
If you go there, you make a board and pin whatever you want on it.
You can make as many boards as you want and pin as many pictures as you want.
If you see something on there that you want to pin, you'd better do it fast, because when you get back on, it won't be there anymore.
Type in something like, oh, say, Master and Commander and you will get some pretty nice pictures.
Sometimes, however, there are things that you want to pin, but can't find so you want to break the computer or something, and end up going into the kitchen and eating some cookie dough.
Which, by the way, is not something you should do late at night.
Have fun on Pinterest, if you decide to go there!

Friesians - The Best Horses In Existence
Friesians.
The very word makes me think of Elves and Dwarves, fairy tales and adventures, mystery and magic.
They are possibly the best horses in the world.
I have long harbored a passion for them.
The moment I can, I will get one.
They were used as knight's chargers.
Nowadays, they are used for many different things.
Parades, weddings, pleasure, Dressage.
The London department store Harrods uses them for deliveries and for promotional purposes.

Colors Of The Seasons
I was looking at my bowl of yam, and realizing that it reminded me of Thanksgiving.
Thanksgiving is one of my favorite times of year.
Then, as I looked at it and ate it, I realized that all the seasons have certain colors.
So, here is my 'Colors Of The Seasons.'
Spring: Light green and yellow.
Summer: White and red and blue.
Autumn: Orange, yellow, purple, and black.
Winter: Red and green.
I might have missed some, so if I have, I'd like people to tell me.

Very Odd, Indeed.
My father, mother, and I were at the store that's in the town nearest to us, and my mother kept going back to get things, which is odd in its self, because its never happened before.
My mother hardly ever gets anything with sugar in it, but she sure did tonight.
Two jumbo Root Beers, a Coke, a Sprite, and two cartons of ice cream.
This has never, ever, ever happened before.
It was very odd, indeed.

Tea
I believe that tea is one of the finer things in life. As this lady so truthfully says, "Coffee is a mere beverage; tea is a way of life." -Miriam Novalle, Tea Merchant.
"Tea is one of the simplest and oldest of civilized pleasures. A beverage, a stimulant, and a symbol of welcome and hospitality, tea is Asia's great gift to mankind, enjoyed all over the globe.
Tea is the second most consumed drink, after water, in the world. How did tea come to take such a central role in the life of people? One reason is its flexibility. Tea works both as a pick-me-up during a a frantic workday and as a serene accompaniment to quiet and relaxing times. Another reason is its healthfulness.
Before the 20th century, a boiled beverage such as tea was considerably safer to drink then simple water, and often better tasting, plus it was considered to be of medicinal benefit in Asia. Finally, there is its simplicity. Brewing tea doesn't require complex technology. It can be done in the wilderness over an open fire as well as in the halls of an emperor's palace. In North America, tea is growing in popularity - though in terms of gallons consumed per year tea still lags behind soft drinks, beer, wine and even bottled water! That's rather ironic, considering tea's dominance in the early days in the U.S. and Canada. Even the prodigious appetite for iced tea, however, couldn't stop coffee from emerging as the morning drink of choice during the 1930s and 1940s. Hot tea became stereotyped as something fussy and feminine, sipped by rich dowagers, and, of course, little girls holding make-believe 'tea partys.'
In the past few years, tea has under gone a renaissance, with sales up threefold since 1990.
The growth of the Internet has made it possible for tea aficionados to purchase and sample a wide range of exotic 'gourmet' teas, no matter where they may live. And our switch to to healthier lifestyles, with greater awarness of the value of tea's antioxidants (not to mention its lack of calories relative to soda pop and alcoholic drinks), has brought in new drinkers by the thousands. No wonder the number and variety of teas in the avarage supermarket has grown dramatically. Or that Starbucks, the ultimate coffee merchant, now markets a 'Green Tea Frappuccino'!

A Thought Has Just Come To Me
I have often wondered why it is that I when I do not visit a site often enough, I forget my password.
I enjoy writing blog posts that do not have to center around horses.
It makes life so much easier.
I believe that those who do not believe in God are woefully lost, and that they need help badly.
Interesting. My thoughts have wondered. Hmm.
Lately we have had a most interesting turn of events.
We have actually had spring. This is a thing unheard of in the mountains.

A New And Improved Blog
This blog is ever so much better then when it was an All-Horse-Blog.
I am glad that I was able to change it.
It looks much better then it used to.
The following pictures are of horses, I know, but I don't care.
I believe that horses are one of God's finest creations.
The first two pictures are of a Frisian stallion, the third, fourth, and fifth are of a Andalusian/Percheron gelding, and the last picture is of a horse that is no longer for sale, but I love her anyway. She is a very handsome horse and I do wish that she belonged to me. Liberty is not what her owners (at the time) called her, but I like my name better; I see no reason to give horses long-winded names that they don't even answer to. There is nothing wrong with giving them a short and easy to remember name.
I am glad that I was able to change it.

Our Rather Useless Horse
We have a horse that Dad says is barn soured.
I don't really know what that means, but I believe I have the genral idea.
Here are a few pictures if her. I think she's beautiful.
The guy in the first picture is one of my older brothers, Tyler.
The girl in the second picture is one of my older sisters, Hannah.
Oh, yeah, the girl in the third picture is me. I believe our first or second Christmas here.
The little boy in the last two pictures is my little brother, Seth.
